Dissuasive Elements

Installation Of Deterrents

Once the birds have left. The installation of deterrents is necessary in order to prevent others from settling and, in turn, from making their nest. At Notokil we offer a variety of options scaled to fit each individual needs.

The Bird Slides

To ensure the aesthetics of certain buildings, walkways called birdslides leaning at 45° or 60° are installed on the edges where pigeons are used to making their nests, thus preventing them from landing. A personalized paint according to the facades is applied to make these walkways almost invisible.

The Nets

The nets are a deterrent without risk for pigeons, very reliable in the long term, made of nylon mesh with a diameter of 0.5 mm. The nets are suitable for any medium to large sized bird, blocking their access to certain parts of a building.

Pimples

Made of fine steel, the spikes protect roofs and gutters from pigeons and any other medium-sized bird, without hurting them.

Spring Pins

There are several forms of pins: spring pins, for example, are more discreet but just as effective; these pins apply to cornices where access is more frequent, such as window sills. They thus prevent any accidents.

Spikes

Spikes are a more discreet version of pimples. Their installation is preferred on walls and fences, not only providing effective and lasting protection against birds, but also offering a form of anti-climbing security, thus protecting against any unwanted intruders

Comb shutters

Comb shutters Durable and discreet, comb closures prevent even the smallest birds such as sparrows to nest under roofs while maintaining ventilation in your roof.

Tensioned cables

Tensioned cables Discreet in appearance, but vigorously effective - including in the long term - and without risk for the birds: tensioned stainless steel cables. They take the form of thin cables stretched and mounted on springs. They are installed high up on certain edges that are too narrow or too wide for the pins.

Welded mesh

Welded mesh Made of extremely durable steel, welded mesh prevents birds from nesting in enclaves of a building, while preserving ventilation. It is generally used to cover very small surfaces.
